Schedule of Events

As a non-traditional “restaurant”, the Times Collaborative boasts some of the greatest variety in dining options and entertainment. Due to the nature of a collaborative workspace, different chefs will be working the kitchen at different times, and may need advance notice of your visit. Take a look at the Times Collaborative event agenda for Longmont Restaurant Week and make your plans accordingly!

Enjoy 8 plates prepared by 8 of our in-house chefs! Tickets are $45 each and include one beer or wine. 10% of the proceeds will benefit Longmont Food Rescue and their mission to create a more just and equitable food system. Visit this link to purchase tickets in advance.

Our Red Beans N’ Rice are completely vegan and gluten free, served with our Lip-Smackin’ Potato Salad or a Garden Salad and Southern Girl Honey Cornbread. You are more than welcome to add Cajun sausage to this dish at no additional cost!

Cajun Meets Asian “Ya-Ka Mein”
Often called “Old Sober” for its, um, restorative qualities, the soup consists of chopped beef (or sometimes chicken, pork & shrimp also made Vegan style) with noodles, green onions, hard-cooked eggs and broth made from a unique blend of 4 spices. This dish can be compared to a Cajun Creole Pho.

Both are served with praline cake.

This dish is delightfully delicious, some people call it euphoric packed with smoked salmon, Bayou crabmeat, crawfish tails and jumbo shrimp; garnished with creamy Creole tri color peppers, onion, fresh parsley and grits

Our Story

The Times Collaborative is a co-working space in downtown Longmont. One of the many ways this space is unique is that it features a commercial kitchen, providing a space for new chefs and small businesses to practice their craft.

The Times Collaborative combines history and beauty, work and exchange, with an eye toward meaningful community events. The founder, Heather promotes the creation of a diverse working community with ties to the greater surrounding community.
