Edward and Alejandro, we have been in Longmont for 4 years. Edward is from Albuquerque NM and Alejandro is from Mexico City (CDMX). Our passion is food, is our way to connect with our community and a way to share our culture.
The support has been overwhelming, the love and support we have gotten from the community, the Longmont Chamber of Commerce, the LDDA, have helped us immensely during this time.
Longmont Restaurant Week is produced by the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce. The event began in 2018. Since then, more than 60 local restaurants and craft beverage businesses have participated in the event, offering special menus for only the 10 days of the event. The menus are available for $18.71 to honor the year Longmont was founded. In 2019, a second price point of $28.71 was introduced to make the event more inclusive to a range of dining options in Longmont.
