Our Story
Sarah first fell in love with Martinis Bistro as a guest in 2012. The opportunity for ownership came on Christmas Day 2019 and she officially took over as the owner in July of 2020. With more than two decades of experience in food and beverage, her love and passion for the industry shines through in the restaurant’s innovative menus, seasonal and staple cocktails, and her exceptional staff. Oh, and wine, don’t get her started on wine! If you haven’t been to Martinis in the last few months, you haven’t been to Martinis. Sarah has leaned into the renaissance of a Longmont legacy business while cultivating a deep sense of appreciation for the people, both past and present, that make Martinis a destination.
