My father was born in Longmont in 1931 and grew up here farming and ranching with my grandparents.
In 1960, he and my mom opened the original Gondolier in Boulder. My brother and I pretty much grew up in the restaurant and when my dad retired in 2001, I took over for him.
In 2017 I was fortunate enough to find a location in Longmont to bring the family business back to my dad’s hometown. We are so happy to be back where it all started and to be able support the Longmont community through its schools, 4H programs, and other family organizations.
