Brioche bun loaded with our house smash burger patties, provolone cheese and a slow smoked bison brisket from our friends at Charcutnuvo in Denver. Finished with house made pickles and mustard. In 2014 we opened our brewery because wanted to give the Longmont community a gathering place that was welcoming, unpretentious and got back to the roots of craft brewing. In 2019, we had the great luck of partnering with Nate Say to create a permanent kitchen inside 300 Suns. His craft-focused philosophy was a natural complement to our delicious, hyper-local craft beer and his scratch-made burgers, poutine and Nashville hot chicken keep our customers’ (and our) bellies happy.
