Loco Burger and OB Beer
Sirloin patty topped with pepper jack cheese, pickled red onions and bacon. Choice of side, served with lettuce, tomato and pickles on a toasted sesame bun spread with chipotle aioli. Paired with one of our Oskar Blues beers.
Our famous triple plate of smoked goodness. Tender baby back ribs, BBQ pork and smoked chicken wings tossed in any of our homemade sauces. Choose two sides.
Brisket Tacos with a Cara Cara Orange and Pomegranate Margarita
Three tacos filled with chipotle and citrus braised brisket. Topped with spicy slaw, cotija cheese and a lime crema. Paired with our OB inspired margarita.*

Muffuletta the Size of Your Head
A monster sized muffuletta sandwich that will feed everyone. Layers of ham, salami, provolone cheese and a tangy olive salad straight from Central Grocers in New Orleans. Served hot on traditional Sicilian sesame bread with a side.
Seafood Jambalaya (and then some!)
Our house made Andouille sausage jambalaya served over dirty rice topped with mussels, shrimp, scallops and crawfish and for the then some we are adding a half beer can chicken!
Royal Red Shrimp and Grits
A big 1/2 pound of Royal Red gulf shrimp sautéed in garlic, Cajun spice, white wine and butter served over our cheesy cheddar grits. A true taste of New Orleans right here in Longmont.
